Preguntas

Preguntas frecuentes

What bulb does it take?

None. The LEDs are built into the fitting, so there is no bulb to buy or change.

Do I need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired, so it connects to the existing cable at your ceiling rose or wall point. That work should be done by a qualified electrician. A straight swap for an existing fitting is a routine job.

Can it go in a bathroom?

Yes. It is rated IP66, which is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so it suits bathroom zones 1 and 2 and can also be used outdoors.

How low does it hang?

The suspension is set at installation to anything up to 11 cm from the ceiling. Over a dining table or island, aim for the bottom of the light to sit 75–90 cm above the surface; for walkways keep at least 2 m of head height.

What colour is the light?

It is switchable: 2700K–6500K. Warm white (around 3000K) is the cosy tone of a traditional bulb; neutral white (4000K) is crisper and suits kitchens and task areas; cool white (6000K+) reads bright and clinical.
